THE PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES:
Three credits of graduate tuition;
  • Double-occupancy hotel lodging;*
  • Daily breakfast;
  • Most lunches and dinners;
  • In-country ground transportation;
  • Cultural excursions;
  • Company site visits;
  • All administrative and organizational cost in the USA:
  • Special seminars;
  • Guest lecturers.

THE PROGRAM DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • International travel, some meals, tips, and spending money

*A single room can be purchased for an additional $1,000.00.

A nonrefundable $1,000 USD deposit is due two weeks after acceptance into the program. If you apply and drop out before your deposit is paid, your student account will be charged a $100 application fee. If you attend the program, you will not be charged.

The Credit Card Authorization form can be used to pay your program fee (see above).

Participants are reqired to get a VISA to enter India and are responsible for applying/getting their own VISAs. We encourage you to apply early for your VISA. If you do not receive your VISA to enter the country, there are no program refunds. So, please don't delay in applying. We also encourage you to use a VISA service. Although, they charge a fee, it is a way to ensure you process your paperwork correctly.
