Project objective. Assess the feasibility of IDAS program for the ITS evaluation. Assess the feasibility of IDAS program for the ITS evaluation

Project abstract. When a decision maker needs to prioritize numerous ITS implementation projects, there has been no federally supported evaluation tool. The ITS deployment analysis system (IDAS) program developed for FHWA is a sketch level TIS analysis tool could be a viable one.
